Terms of Use for AisyFit

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AisyFit mobile application ("App") and services provided by AISYLABS LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Medical Disclaimer (CRITICAL - PLEASE READ)

AisyFit is NOT a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

  • Consult a Doctor: The workout plans, diet plans, and fitness information provided by the App are for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult with a physician or other qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant.
  • No Medical Reliance: Reliance on any information provided by AisyFit is solely at your own risk. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Stop Immediately: If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain, or shortness of breath at any time while exercising, you should stop immediately and seek medical attention.

3. AI Services Disclaimer

AisyFit uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to generate content.

  • Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated plans may occasionally contain errors or inappropriate suggestions. You should use your judgment and common sense when following any AI-generated advice.
  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., weight loss, muscle gain) from using the App, as individual results vary.

4. User Accounts

  • Registration: You may need to register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Age verification: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Premium Features: Some features of the App may require a paid subscription.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID or Google Play Account settings after purchase.

6. User Content and Conduct

  • License: By posting content (e.g., photos, feedback) to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, monitor, and manage such content for the operation of the Service.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
    • Use the App for any illegal purpose.
    • Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
    • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
    • Upload viruses or malicious code.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AISYLABS LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AISYLABS LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
